How to clean your crystal
Share
Upon receiving the product for the first time, you can gently rinse it under running water for 1-3 minutes. Be sure to dry it thoroughly after washing. For daily wear, if you sweat or notice dirt, you can gently wash the dirt away with clean water or wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using chemicals or soaking the bracelet, as this may damage the crystals. After cleaning, ensure the bracelet is completely air-dried to keep it dry.
1. Cleansing with Water: For most crystals, rinsing under running water for a few minutes helps remove any accumulated negative energy.
🌟Special Attention! Some crystals and minerals have lower resistance to changes or exhibit mineral patterns, such as Obsidian, Malachite, Calcite, Celestite, Rhodochrosite, Lapis Lazuli, Fluorite, Turquoise, Coral, Pearls, Tourmaline, etc. These should generally avoid contact with water, and especially not be soaked. If they do get stained or oily, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth, and dry them immediately. You can also use sound wave cleansing methods to help maintain the original color and extend the lifespan of the crystals.
2. Smudging with Sage or Palo Santo: Burning sage or Palo Santo and passing your crystal through the smoke is an excellent way to cleanse its energy without risking physical damage. This method is gentle and effective for all types of crystals.
3. Moonlight Cleansing: Leaving your crystals under the moonlight, especially during a full moon, is a popular way to recharge their energy. Simply place them outside or near a window overnight to absorb the moon's energy.
4. Sunlight Cleansing: Placing your crystals in sunlight for a few hours can also help cleanse and recharge them. However, avoid long exposure to strong sunlight for crystals like Amethyst or Rose Quartz, as it can cause their color to fade.
🌟Special Attention! When using sunlight for cleansing, please be cautious with crystals such as Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Topaz, Zircon, and Amber. Due to the structure of these minerals, they are more prone to fading. Additionally, Opal may lose its iridescence or crack due to dehydration from excessive heat. Therefore, these types of crystals should avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
5. Burying in the Earth: You can bury your crystals in the ground for 24 hours or longer to allow them to reconnect with the Earth's natural energy. Make sure they are wrapped securely if the soil is moist.
6. Sound Cleansing: Using sound vibrations from singing bowls, bells, or tuning forks can cleanse your crystals' energy. This method is effective and non-invasive for any crystal type.
General Care Tips:
- Storage: Keep your crystals in a safe, dry place. You can store them in cloth pouches, dry glass bowl or lined boxes to avoid scratching or damage.
- Handling: Handle your crystals with clean hands to maintain their purity. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners, as these may damage the surface of softer crystals.
- Charging: Besides moonlight and sunlight, you can place crystals on a Clear Quartz or Selenite charging plate to boost their energy.
By following these steps, you’ll ensure your crystals remain energetically vibrant and physically well-preserved.
