At Tie80 Energy we pride ourselves on high quality, durable products that are packaged with care. 

For all the Tie80 Energy bracelets we offer a ‘7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.tie80energy.com. You have 7 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Tie80 Energy bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $15 usd restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that, The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the product unless the reason for return is the fault of Tie80 Energy.

🌟We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to tie80energy@gmail.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

🌟International Orders, meaning outside Canada or HongKong, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds.
